  1. i just wanted to post that i passed the nclex!!! The test stopped at 86 questions and i thought for sure i had failed. I cried in the car the whole way home. I think that it's agony to make you wait 48 hrs (or much longer!) to find out your results. I searched on the message boards trying to find out what ohters had to say about it etc. I'm a canadian RN, and found this exam a lot more difficult than the Canadian Boards. If I can do it, all you new grads can do it too!! Stay confident, focused and calm and if at first you don't succeed, try, try again! YAY! carolyn, BSN RN!!:roll
  2. I used both the canadian prep guide and some american nclex books. I found they helped. The Canadian exam is definitely more pshyco-social than the american. Be prepared for that. good luck!!
