  1. :angryfire wanna hear another kicker:madface: I was an LPN for 28 years and after raising my children decided to go back for my RN...graduated in 2006!!!:yeah:passed my NCLEX 1st try...hears the kicker part.. Your pay....is AS A NEW RN GRADUATE....your LPN experience does not count. talk abt unfairness...sooo your employer gets an RN with all that experience as an LPN but only pays you as a brand new RN ...Don't get me wrong , I have no regrets for doing it, but where is the fairness......
  2. :lol2:she did get good experience there, and therefore felt like a pro after 3 months, so I might just take that. She believed that after her 6 months of Med Surg on that ward, she had enough under her belt..that's why she's going to another hospital where she wants to go. hahahah i needed that.
