I have set it up with payroll at my hospital to deduct an additonal withholding each pay check so i dont have to come up with an extra few grand in april. I set aside 100 per pay check... hopefully its too much and i get more back in april :) also, i did not receive an october payment.

I got my deposit today, and the contract was signed by them 8/31

worked a 12 hr over night shift, stalked the mail man all morning, GOT MY LETTER!!! SOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED!! GOOD LUCK TO ALL

right, there is no guarantee until you get the award letter (they said those come in september, although some people have gotten them already). People who wont be getting the award are notified in october.

don't worry about accidentally deleting the contracts email or it being spammed, I never even got it! They spelled my email address wrong on their system. They called to remind me that I had a few more days to fax in the contracts, and I was able to tell them that I never got it, corrected my email address, and I received the email in an hour. Good thing theyre thorough! Fingers crossed!

RN here... I got all the emails, signed the contracts and faxed them in on 8/3... No letter yet.. That having been said, my state wasn't even listed on the top 100... heavy hearted, feeling like I wont get it, but I know there is still time! I dont think the first 100 is the only 100, because: - in 2005-2008 they helped 232-599 with 2 year awards and 203-271 with 3 year amendments, with only $18M and theyre supposed to be able to help "significantly more" RNs with the extra ($27M...) THERE IS STILL HOPE! still bummed though...

I got a phone call today from NELRP asking me to sign the contracts and fax them back by 5 pm tomrrow, but I had never received the email in the first place! I called back and they had the wrong email address for me. She corrected it and I received the email in about an hour. I have gmail too and it didn't go to spam for me. Apparently I should have received this email a long time ago, judging by when everyone else received it!! Thank God they called to verify!! fingers crossed!

I was contacted friday evening and returned the call today to confirm my info. How early do they notify the recipients??
