I agree with nsalvadore. life is too short and stressful to be worried about what the next guy is doing. if you are smart, and doing good, just be focused on yourself. believe me i am in my final semester in nursing school and i feel like i have created a wall around myself and everybody else. its all about me i really dont let useless things bother. I wish you the best!!!
  2. ithe cochrane library and PICO are wonderful and to be truthful, i have never come across this two helpful links. PICO is wonderful it actually helps you to come up with questions. THANKS GUYS I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR REPLY!!!
  3. here is an example of an evidence based question i came up with. for patients on ventilators does saline breakdown the secretions or complicate the issues?... i want to know what you guys think about this. any reply is appreciated
