    I am a a BSN grad and will be taking boards next month. I have been offered an ER position at a small hospital in my town. I have also been offered a job at the level 1 in town on a critical care transition unit. I work in the ER at the level 1 and really do not want to leave...but there are no ER jobs open and I don't know when anything will be available. My manager says to stay and they will transfer me to the ER when something opens up. Can anyone please offer some advice?????? I need HELP!!!!!!
