  1. Thanks for your answers. However, it's now a moot point. The class I was looking at has filled up. In addition, the NVCC class, which I have no doubt would transfer, since it would be to another Virginia CC, requires proctored exams, which I just can't do. So, I guess it doesn't really matter.
  2. I'm in the process of trying to figure out the best way to get to my goal of becoming a nurse. I've been looking at doing the online A&P course from Lake Superior College, and I was wondering if anyone here has ever done it. If so, have you had any trouble getting the credits to transfer? Or, if you've done any online A&P classes from any school, have you had any trouble transferring credit? It's a fully accredited school; all the labs are done at home (you have to buy a kit). I appreciate your comments!
  3. Hi all! I'm in the process of applying to a community college nursing program in my home state of Virginia. However, one of the new requirements this year (figures) is to complete the TEAS. It's going to be difficult for me to return to Virginia in time to complete the test before the deadline, so I was wondering if you guys had any info on schools in NYC that are offering the test. I spoke to the testing company (ATI), but their only suggestion was to call around to schools in the city because they have none that have told them directly that they'll be administering the test. I appreciate any help you guys can provide! -Caitlin
