    I will be graduating from nursing school this spring , and I'm interested in finding a job in labor and delivery. I feel like I keep hearing that L+D is notoriously hard to get into (I'm not a CNA either, which I hear can be helpful at getting onto the floor). I'm also concerned that some hospitals are only hiring BSN's. Getting my foot into the door as a new nurse already seems a little scary, and with these other obstacles, my task seems increasingly daunting. I want to continue my career towards becoming a nurse midwife, and would prefer to be in an atmosphere that is progressive and holistic (if possible). Any advice? Thank you!!!
