  1. Thanks for letting me know. I appreciate it.
  2. Hello again everyone! I have a question about a few schools and whether or not they offer programs in the Spring (namely LICHSON,PBISON, and Cochran). If they do I know I should start applying soon so any info would help! Also, do these schools have any academic requirements besides A&PI? Thanks in advance, Catherine
  3. Good idea, for some reason I'm just nervous to call. My grades right now aren't fantastic, so I'll probably just have to wait to apply for Spring '10 anyway. Anyway, thanks for your help!
  4. Hello everyone! My name is Catherine and I'm new to the site. I was needing some help about applying to schools in New York and I figured this was the best place to start. I'm not from around here, in fact I'm from very far from here. I grew up in Arkansas and got my GED when I was 15. I'm 17 now and plan to start nursing school in the fall after I am of age. Currently I attend community college and I will start my pre-nursing "sequence" this Spring 09. Do you think it's possible to be accepted into nursing school while I'm still taking pre-requisite courses? I'm taking all the courses I need to apply at Queensborough, LICHSON, PBISON, and Nassau CC. I am also wondering if anyone can tell me the deadlines for applications for these schools (for Fall 09) as I can't seem to find them on the school websites. I appreciate all the help in advance!
