  1. Thank you so much for your input. I looked and did not find any time limit either. Thank you, sheshell801
  2. Thank you for the link. I checked out the post right above mine by NRSKarenRN, she supplied some links. I went to the one about licensure and FAQ's, it stated there is no time limit between school and sitting for exam. I just can't be considered a GPN. Now I have plenty of work ahead of me. Again, Thank you for your response. sheshell801 quote=misswhitney;3324333]http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/when-to-take-the-nclexrn-exam.html I do not know how long you have, but this site could answer your question. At least partly. =)
  3. Does anyone know if there is a statute or rule of a time limit concerning the amount of time lapse between graduation of nursing school and sitting for state boards? I graduated several years ago, have retain most knowledge, taken some pre-requisites that qualify for RN, but want to sit for PN licensure. The pre-req's are very recent, such as: A & P 1-2 with labs, Microbiology + lab. Granted I will have to study hard, but I did not find anything in the state board rules that state I cannot do this. I graduated from a practical nursing program. Please advise, I am ready to study.
