  1. okay:stdnrsrck:
  2. Thanks for the info. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. If I get in look me up Melissa Jones.
  3. That is a great score and should have no problems getting in. I on the other hand have a combined score of 184. So I am sweating it a little bit. I thought I did pretty good in my classes, but maybe not good enough. My GPA 3.4. I thought the same as you about the non verbal score until I read a little further and I do believe is a combination of the test then divided to give you one of your raw scores. Do you have a medical background? Good Luck! I have reapplied but, not holding my breath. I can't retake the NAT until Feb., so I went ahead and reapplied. If its meant to be it will happen. I am taking a class in Jan. to go toward my four year, so I have no idle time. Thanks for the response. Again good luck.
  4. The math section is not hard. It has some word problems and basic algebra. You are not allowed to use your calculator and I do not know if you are able to use the computer calculator. I did not use it and could not tell you if anyone else did either. It is a timed test, but just take your time and try to answer the questions correctly and not just finish the test. I think it more on accuratecy. I am not a brainy person so I did average on the test. I know of people who aced the test. Don't stress yourself out about it,, it will only make it worse. I am reapplying today for the nursing program, so anyone who would like to say a pray for me, I'll be grateful to you.
  5. The science was not bad, the entire test was not bad. Its a time test so that puts a little pressure on you. The non verbal part seems extremely easy to me, then I get my scores. It doesn't make any sense to me. Reading comprehension, math, general knowledge of science.
  6. I am seeking help to improve my nat score with FCCJ. It is an average score. The non verbal part is my lowest score and I can't figure out why. When I am taking the test, I feel as though I have gotten them all correct, but my score tells me otherwise. My GPA is a high B, but with so many applicants I need to improve my nat score with a chance of getting in the nursing program soon. . I have not been able to find any books that could help me or links on the internet. In a post that was from 2003 it had a website attached, but that website is not available any more. Reapplying in a week or so.
