    Beth_I_am posted a topic in First Year After Licensure
    I will be graduating in 2 weeks with my BSN (yay!) and I am on the job hunt. I applied for a job at a LTC facility and I have an interview scheduled for later this week. Most of my clinical time has been in the hospital setting on the med/surg floors so I am unsure of what my duties would be as an RN at a LTC facility. I haven't had the opportunity to see the job description yet (I'm sure that will be available to me at the interview) but I want to be prepared for questions that I will be asked. I'm sure my duties would include developing care plans and patient assesments but does anyone have any suggestions on how I can prepare for this interview? I would appreciate any help because I really need a job--dang student loans
