  1. Your right about that I feel better because I am more serious about life. I feel 30.
  2. Live your dream. I am now 50 years old. I was a professional real estate broker for years. I sold homes to RN and LPN and always admired the their career. When the market changed for Real Estate I decided to start a new career. I am a people person and always like to help. I decided to work at night and go to school during the day for my certificaion as a Certified Nurse Assistant. I am now working at a nursing home for the county. I plan to go to collage for the associated degree for the RN program. I was going into the program LPN and then LPN to RN but that bridge program is not being offered like it used to be. I took time out to go to the information session at the collage and I think can do this within 4 years. Get it out of the way. I know it will be tough but who said it will be easy. Like I said go for it.
  3. Are you planning to go back to finish your BSN?
  4. I am 50 Years Old and Just Became a CNA Would Like to be RN. I would like to know if there are others like me starting out at this age. I am interested in becoming a RN and to go into the Associate RN program. I am more serious than I was in my previous careers. I believe I am more serious since I am getting older. Mthomas15
  5. I passed my clinical but failed my written test. I was upset but refocus myself and restudied. I study my previous tests. I also studied my book. I downloaded my book on line and took the test for each chapter. If I did not know the answer to the question I clicked on hint and hint would tell me where to find the answer. I had my book next to me on my desk and immediatly I looked up the hint information in my book. I also downloaded the book on my cell phone. While I was on break I studied the book on my cell phone by answering the questions on my cell phone. I also had my book with me to look up information. I retook the test and I passed I am now working as a CNA. mthomas15
