This Is How To Pass The Nclex!!!
Iam taking the Nclex in about 3 weeks, I have been doing the NCSBN website questions and also took a review class from Drexel that was offered through my school, it alos has a Q and A bank that I have been doing. I am reading the prioritization book. Did you complete the whole program through NCSBN? I am hoping that if I review the Q and A banks through them and Drexel that I will be OK? I hear so much about Kaplan, sometimes I wonder if the NCSBN program is going to work? I just need reassurance, I am sooo nervous!:)

Loads of questions, please help!
If you are moving to West Jordan you should try to go to SLCC, they have a brand new beautiful health sciences campus in West Jordan. SLCC has a program with the University of Utah, you can work for the U and go through the program at SLCC, there is no waiting list for this program. I don't know if there is a waiting list still for traditional applicants at SLCC, but when your prereqs are done go get on the list as soon as possible. I highly recommend the SLCC program, I am a graduate from this program, it is the best in the state. NCLEX pass rates of 95%!:wink2:

How competitive is the acceptance to the U of U nursing program?
The University of Utah and SLCC now have a unified program, meaning that if you work for the U, you can go through the SLCC program. It is a different program than the traditional SLCC program, it is organized by SLCC but you work for the U. The load is lighter because they make you work 20 hours a week and you owe them I think 2-3 years when you are done, but there is no waiting list and SLCC has a great nursing program!

Tips for passing NCLEX
I have noticed that also! The Exit HESI was pretty difficult, I found that I was lost halfway through the exam. Where do you suggest getting the best NCLEX style questions?

Tips for passing NCLEX
I have thought about doing Kaplan, but I figured I would first try to study with the Saunder's book that I have first before spending $500 on the Kaplan review. I already have a Drexel review course with my school. I hope that is enough to get me to pass 1st time. Thanks for the feedback!:nuke:
