    I am a travel RN working specialty in CA. I cannot believe the horrible pay I am getting from MGA. They make their pay structure very confusing and are always making it seem like they are getting you tax free pay. No matter which way I look at the final outcome, I believe they are not good. Definitely don't have my best interests in mind. I am an experienced Intensive Care RN, making LVN wages after MGA charges me $50/week if I want a one bedroom apartment. The pay is pitiful to begin with. I also have to pay additional for my health insurance. Please, please, please avoid these people like the plague for travel nursing. The next time I go out it is only CC or AMobile. Counting down the weeks till I am finished the contract and never have anything to do with MGA again.
