  1. i dont think we learn the basics in school to incorporate another language..especially since they cut music programs and physical education which for me is very important...however, the only language that im willing to learn is sign language...
  2. I'm from Fresno and there are about 3 programs that i know of that is free but they are hard to get into. And there is one at the City college that cost money but the training includes: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Home Health Aid (HHA). The course also includes CPR Certification, introduction to Respiratory Care, EKG, Radiology, Personal Management Strategies and Job Readiness skills. SO its like your a super CNA.
  3. just checking something dont mind me
  4. Dang you were suppose to respond
  5. hey i was wondering i know you only need a year to enter the CRNA programs but can you really get in on a year because thats all i was going to strive for and then i was going to apply, what do you think
  6. Dang i was reading past post about stats that you guys had before applying for CRNA school and Honestly i know i want to be a CRNA and thats my goal and i'm sticking to it but do you guys remember anyone in the program that only had the min. requirement of the year in an acute care setting because i only want to do a year and then apply for school. Thanks A lot!

I have a question me and other pre-nursing students were talking and they have decided to change majors because they talk to doctors and others and they tell them that there is going to be a surplus of nurses because too many people are going to the field and there will eventually be less money than there already is (pay). I was wondering if anyone knew if that was true?
