  1. My mom actually took two tries to pass the NCLEX. What she did was she took 4 months off to study with KAPLAN books everyday. When I say everyday, I mean everyday and HOURS everyday. She never watched TV (if she did, only for 10-15 minutes). She ate, drank, slept and studied. That's it. I felt really bad. I hope I don't have to do that and pass right after I finish with school.
  2. I really hope so. It gets quite sad sometimes though. I log on my space sometimes and see all their pics hanging out and I just look around and what I see front is my HUGE nursing book. But yes, you're correct. Thanks for that reply. Let's me know I'm not the only one. Nursing is really haaaard. So much time I have to put in studying.. I used to never study in highschool EVER and I still got good grades. Now I do. It's a huge, huge, huge difference in my life now that I'm trying to enter this field.
  3. I started nursing earlier this January and ever since then I've been MIA to friends. I miss my party, easy life. I really want to be a nurse so I hope all this works out for me. Better be worth it.:nuke:
