    I recently(1 month ago) became a C.N.A but I'm having an extremely difficult time finding employment due to that very few hospitals in n.y.c or long island are hiring C.N.As. when there is one that is hiring, there is always the fact that I lack experience working in the medical field. Can anyone give me tips as to what i can do in order to make my credentials more appealing to prospective employers. p.s I'm 18 and live in long island, NY
