    Hi Steve Thank you for your help. My question is what are the advantages and disadvantages of computerized charting, and do you have any suggestions for easing the staff's transition into a computerized system. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks again.

Does your instituition place any value on specialty certification? 2. Do you get a raise for certification? 3. Do you get reinbursement for taking the review classes or for taking the test? 4. Are more staff members certified or do more have a BSN? 5. Does your unit have computerized charting? 6. If so, how long have you had it? 7. What system are you using? 8. What are the advantages to the unit? 9. Do you have any suggestions for making the transition easier? 10. What are the disadvantages to the unit?
