  1. TCU in Ft. Worth with clinicals in Pensacola, FL...excited beyond words...congrats everyone and "see you soon" to the rest of you going to TCU
  2. Thanks for all the positive support from everyone. I am researching apts (going back to Ft Worth the first of May), pda's, loans, etc...just when I thought I could relax after getting into the only school that I wanted in (and the only school that I applied to!)...now there is sooooo much to do to get ready for school! "Ain't Life Grand" ??????? thanks again, maggielee ô¿ô
  3. I just wanted to share with everyone that I got accepted to TCU! I am excited beyond words. Thank you to everyone that has posted so much information. All of your help is greatly appreciated. Good luck to all.
  4. I thought I would give a little input here. I was in Ft. Worth this past week. While there I looked at the apt. situation. There are TONS of apt. buildings. I also looked into the extended stay type places. There is one in the Fossil Creek area...off the 820 loop at N. Beach...called Budget Suites. If you get the budget package, it is $699 a month for a one bedroom. This includes electricity, water, local phone....you have a kitchen also. You can go up to a more expensive rate and add maid service, and some other ammenities. Thought you might want to consider this also.
  5. Thanks for all the replies! I am truly enjoying this board and the extra knowledge gained. Thanks again!
  6. Have now scheduled an interview for TCU. Am excited, nervous, etc. Any words of wisdom or specific hints to share about their interview? Thanks in advance. maggielee
  7. Was just curious if anyone has applied to TCU...or is already a student? thanks, maggie lee
  8. Hi, I am new to the forum also...and also a nurse in Pensacola...am starting at Sacred Heart this week. I have begun researching schools so that I can go towards my dream of being in anesthesia, but I don't know yet which programs I will apply for. What can you tell me about the distance learning program at TCU? I have read some on it, but not enough to know if I want to try that route. Maggielee
  9. quick question...is this a departure from the school's regular admission? just curious as to why you posted like this...thanks, maggie
