Isn't positive PPD the tuberculosis skin test?

I had questions that I have looked up the answer too. Problem is, I am always doubtful or always narrow it down to two and then am forced to choose. Please help me out and tell me if you think they are right or wrong! Any help would be great. The patient uses crutches with a swing-to gait. - I said A
