  1. thank you for your suggestions!
  2. I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out a lit review topic. The paper is for a nursing research class and has to be about an intervention for a specific population (for example: oral hygiene in preventing VAP- only i can't do this topic b/c this was done last year). I am having a hard time deciding what topic to do. My interest is in CCU/ICU. Some ideas I had involved: early ambulation in preventing DVT assessing pain in nonverbal patients another intervention for VAP the use of local anesthetics in IV insertion massage's effects on pain and anxiety I was also thinking about effects of naps/sleep in night shift nurses which, even though it is not an intervention, i might be able to do if i ask my professor. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. does your school allow other students (aka-me) to do the 4-6 term programs? I'm looking for a short term study abroad op anyway.
  5. HI! I was wondering if anyone knew of any nursing student study abroad opportunities? Thanks!
