  1. I will be starting an ADN program in January to get my RN. I have heard multiple people mention that it would be really beneficial to try and work in the hospital while I am in school. I have started looking but it seems as though any jobs require a CNA or different types of tech certifications. I don't have any of these certifications - is there a certain type of position that I should be looking for or asking hospital HR about? I would really just like to get comfortable in the hospital setting, make professional connections and gain any real world experience that I can. Thank you in advance for your thoughts!
