    I work on a small, 25 bed MedSurg/Rehab unit. Our hospitalist is here during the day and then on call. We are currently using a clipboard to leave non-urgent information/requests. Once the hospitalist resolves it, he crosses it out. We are finding a lack of follow up, a place for the next 2-3 shifts to look and see if the request was already made and/or resolved and how it was resolved. We were hoping to find an online, 'living' product/service that anyone could access for an update. Does anyone have an idea of what this might be or have ideas from what you are currently using?
