the irock that I have is a great one. I is a digital voice recorder and an MP3 player. It has 64MB memory which is plenty for any day of lectures and has 4 mailboxes so you can divide up each class that you have for each mailbox. The only downfall you will find with these is that the batteries get used up pretty quick so what I did is buy a re-chargeable system and bought 2 rechargeable triple A batteries. I download my lectures on my computer and then I can go back and play them on my computer or like many of my classmates do burn them on a CD and play them on the way to class. I researched this last year and looked over several hundred and I thought for the price this was a good deal. I highly reccomend it and all of this can be found ar Radio Shack. Good luck!
