  1. Regarding the waitlist: I got the same response from them. I don't understand the logic behind thier secrecy. Why not just tell you where you fall on the list or if there has been any movement? I was waitlisted at Duke and it was a completely different experience. Being a UNC alum, their unwillingness to tell you anything is kind of dissapointing.
  2. I received my letter about two weeks ago indicating that I was on the waitlist. Is there anyone else on UNC's waitlist? Or maybe someone who was waitlisted in the past and then eventually accepted? I am not sure how to follow-up with UNC. Should I just wait to hear something or contact them regarding my waitlist status? Thanks!
  3. I also recieved a waitlist letter, about two weeks ago. Have you received any information from UNC since being waitlisted? I have not as of today. : (
  4. Yes, that helps very much, appreciate your response. Thanks!
  5. Thanks for the info. May I ask whether or not you were accepted? I am assuming you were, since you were notified rather early. Also curious if your last name falls in the first 1/2 of the alphetbet? As I was told by someone that UNC first notifies accepeted applicants in alphabetical order. Then they send out letters to ones that did not get accepted. Who knows? Anyway, appreciate your responce.
  6. Thanks for the response 'Ims1185'. Much appreciated. Now I am really anxious. Silly question here but I have to ask: When you log into your application home page and click 'online application' or 'check missing item', it actually states the most recent date and time that someone from UNC viewed your application. If possible, do you mind sharing that information please? I am curious, b/c it might give me some idea on when I can expect to receive my letter, as my application was last accessed by them on the 23rd. They probably have nothing to do one another, but who knows. I think I am just looking to relieve this anxiety:nuke: Thanks!
  7. Are there any applicants to UNC Chapel Hill's BSN program for January 2008 admittance? I still have not recieved any notifications for thier admissions decision and I was curious if any other applicants have received word? Or if they have any information on when we might expect to hear something? Thanks!
