  1. thank you folks for all the replies...well, I declined...that's really too low... I do have 2 as needed jobs right now, at least they pay me good compared to that 19.50...Mahalo!
  2. I dont understand you have a job for 28 why trade down to 19:50??? --I am just an on call from that facility, but I'm still thinking if I will get that $19.50 or just decline...though It's hard to find a job here....
  3. thank you so much wise woman rn...really appreciate it... to berryhappy...$19.50 is the starting offer-regular pay they want to give me...
  4. Aloha everybody...The administrator from a LTC facility in my place (oahu,hi) offered me RN job, but first they will train me as a CNA, after that LPN and then RN... She told me that I don't have enough experience yet (I'm working as a charge nurse from other facility as needed) and requires lots of training. She told me also that they can't afford to pay me the same rate from my other work which is $28. I asked her how much is the starting rate and told me it's $19.50...should I accept it?please help me decide...big thanks!

  11. Hello guys! I took my nclex rn exam last thursday, oct 9. It's been 3 days and haven't see my name on their site. So anxious now, don't know what to do... I've read on the thread of cubano30 that if your last question was priority/meds...you passed no matter if you got that right/wrong...Is it really true? because my last question was pharma... Just hoping I passed too...Finished my exam between 127-130, 3 SATA, no computation, tons of priority questions and meds. Any words from you folks....? Thanks a lot and GOD Bless!
