    I HAVE A BIG PROMBLE,WHERE I WORK THE NURSE MANAGER HAS NO BACK BONE.SHE BELIEVE EVERYTHING POEPLE TELL HER.SHE DON'T ASK YOU ABOUT IT.SHE JUST RUNS WITH WHAT ANYONE TELLS HER.THE WOMEN I WORK WITH KEEP UP SO MUCH STUFF ITS UNREAL.EVERYDAY ITS SOMETHING.I TRY TO STAY OUT OF IT,BUT SOMETIMES ITS ABOUT ME.SOME LIES ARE BEING TOLD.PEOPLE NEVER MIND THEIR BUISNESS. HOW CAN I WORK LIKE THIS,THE RESIDENTS IS NOT GETTING THE CARES NEEDED BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE WORRIED ABOUT THE WORNG STUFF.PLEASE SOMEONE IF YOU CAN HELP ME COME UP WITH SOMEHING TO STOP ALL THE STUPIT STUFF.AND HAVING A MEETING ABOUT IT DON'T HELP.I BEEN THERE ALREADY:idea:
