I hire OR nurses in my job and I look for calm staff members who can be thoughtful with the patients. It is however important to get across your ability to have thick skin to deal with the surgeons. You should plan to bring some examples with you that you can share on how you pick up on high tech equipment, can make quick changes when necessary and attention to detail. There is no better place than the OR. Wise choice. You probably don't need to ask a lot of questions, a panel has the upper arm so you need to share as much about you as possible. Look excited, not scared!!!!
