Hi Chewybuk47, MSMC is on rolling admissions, so something you don't really need an interview to get accepted. I know some people have been accepted with out an interview. I think they review the people in sets and accept or not as they go along. On webadvisor they change it sooner in order to send out the actual letters. I hope this helps. I know the person I interviewed said that they accept 45 incase someone can't, or has another offer. Best of luck to you! I hope this helps.

I would call and ask when will you hear from them and if they can review your application. Make sure you check your spam in your email. I would say I would like to check up on my application in case I did get an email for an interview and it went to my spam. Can't hurt.

I got an email from PCC last week that I got rejected. May you will get in since I already got work that I didn't get in. The up side PCC is cheaper :). Just stay positive and visualize where you want to go and it will true out that way. Stay positive :redbeathe

Hi Raymondt77 Don't loose HOPE! MSMC takes forever to change the status. I wasn't even interviewed for May because they were missing transcripts. Before I found out that I was accepted I was rejected from PCC and I kept telling myself things happen for a reason. If I was meant to be here I will this class or next class or August and I will make the best of the situation. Please don't give up. May your acceptance is on its way.

Yes I do. 2years at county hospital and started a non-profit clinic in San Francisco. Relay for life one year. I also have research experience...I've done a lot but it's because I once wanted to be a doctor. I hope to be an NP now.

It's taken about a week to let you know. Bioethics you should take it online. I've heard that second semester is really hard and you are going to want to have study time. I say take it online and get it over with. I hope this help. And congrats fellow classmate yay!!!

I honest can't wait to meet all my classmate and start our journey together! This has been looooooooooong coming for me and I plan to make the best of highs and lows through the program. We will make it and be amazing nurses! Congrats to everyone!:w00t::w00t:

Maybe your right my last name is G. I had two letters or three. A professor, ex boss and a doctor I worked for a couple of years. My gap is 3.3 and reqs are 3.5. I have tons of experience working in clinics and being a phlebotomist. I have my interview next week. I believe the last interview is June 13. Do maybe if they are going through last name the later last names will hear soon. Not to worry! Things will work out. Some how or another. I was so excited for my interview at CSUDH and I got rejected , so if MSMC was meant to be it will be. I wish everyone the best of chances and that we may accomplish our goal because I'm sure we have all worked hard to get to the point of applying. I hope everyone hears back soon!

I'm sure you will get in Summer 2013!!! Things happen for a reason. I keep telling myself that as the weeks fly by. I got rejected from CSULA, CSUDH,CSUN, so I wait for MSMC and a couple of the community colleges. I'm really hoping to get into MSMC even with the 57k additional that I would add to my debt for attending nursing school. I really hope we hear from the school. I remember reading on some thread that someone applied after the third time they were accepted. Congrats on your wedding! That's SUPER exciting!!! yay for honeymoon time!

I so applied for the Fall and I'm hoping I get in! Cross fingers we all get in but I know 200-300 people apply and they only have spots for 40 people. It's a better chance than community college 60 spots, but 600-800 people apply! ;( I can't wait for tot be june to know of interviews.

Well we are now at the being of May I'm hoping these weeks fly by! I have yet to be able to log on to webAdvisor. I'm hoping we both get it!!! YAY! I will check out the other thread.

Hi Everyone! I applied for the August Class. Has anyone been accepted with out having an interview? My application was incomplete for the May class so I didn't get accepted or rejected so I re-activated and now my chem is expired, but I have physics that can count. I talked to someone in Admissions and they said we would hear from them June or July if we get accepted. I'm excited and nervous to hear from them. My undergrad was low too, but my pre-reqs I kicked butt. Cross fingers we all get it in.

Hi Everyone! I hope everyone is doing great! @ Sanmahi I haven't heard anything:uhoh3:....it's been 2 weeks. I'm hoping I hear something in 2 more weeks since it seems it took a month to hear word from the school. My interview went really good. It was short and felt like I was talking to a friend.

OMG congrat!!! Sanmahi!!!!!! That's soo awesome!! I got a call and have my interview this week!! WOOT WOOT!!! I'm soo excited!!! EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!! I can't even imagine how excited you must be feeling! How many days did it take from interview to acceptance? So exciting everyone!! We are so much more closer to where we want to be in our career. Really just 60 completed??? WOW! I had a girl ask "So do I have to take pathio? What if I haven't got in the program do I have to take it?" The dean said "No understanding your question, but I think I have an idea of what you are saying.....You don't want to take pathio if you haven't been accepted." The student replied "Yes I don't want it to be a waste of money!" I thought are you serious right now? You just asked that? If you want to come here you will do what you have to do. I didn't get into the patho class because I thought it was spring not winter, so I missed my opportunity to take the class. I will take it summer. I'm hoping they do offer it in spring, but will see what happens. I'm doing my CNA now and hoping to do patho class in the summer. I calculated if people go to info 20-25 and one was cancelled 5 info x20/25 =100-125 max so it put us a 50/50 chance right? The dean said that they can tell the people that want it and the people just turn stuff in. YAY! 1st choice! Oh man that would be great we both get it!!! where did you do your cna?
