    Hi all, I am a really smallish person (runs in my family) and getting the right fit of scrubs is a big problem for me. Sometimes extra smalls are still a little big does anyone know where I can get scrubs that will work well for me? Thanks

Can anyone please share with me any knowlege on 1. which hospitals/medical centers are new grad friendly 2. pay rate for new grads 3. training for critical care 4.
