  1. Hey, My school requires a 73% to pass a lecture class and an overall GPA of 3.0 (need B's, an 80%) to continue.
  2. This is what I do when I'm stressed. 1. Excercising like running, lifting weights, and playing basketball. 2. Listening to music. 3. Going out to eat. 4. Talking to my 3 year old nephew and family. 5. Hanging out with friends. 6. Praying and meditating. 7. Taking a nap.
  3. Hey I think nursing exams is all about understanding concepts and applications. The tests I have taken so far in my first semester have all been critical thinking and applications not so much of definitions. These are the type of questions on NCLEX exams. The better you understand concepts the better you will get. Also when your reading the questions, take your time and try to understand what the question is really asking. I know their were many times when I have misread the question and got it wrong and having a patho book helps to supplement your notes. Hope that helps.
  4. Hi I'm also in an accelerated program about 16 months for RN BSN and currently in my first semester. It is going by fast, we have finals coming up in a few weeks and its hard trying to review everything. But in your situation I don't understand why the program does not provide a Foundations class. I can see why you would feel that way, most people would. Good luck to you and hope for your success. It's good that your taking charge by getting information that you need to succeed. Keep up the hard work.
