Hi to all !!! I have been excepted to deaconess college of nursing! I start in January! I am a LPN going for my ADN. I am very nervous about this due to having children and working! I would really like to here from some deaconess students!! What is a normal week like for you ??? I have 2 children ages 5 and 7! Do any of you have kids? I feel I am organized and did pretty well in school.. I have turned in my deposit and hope to here what they want from me next to get books bought did you buy them on line or local book store? So many questions!! The one thing I would like to add is the Deaconess staff has been wonderful!!!!! any answers much appreciated! Hallie

I have been excepted into deaconess college of nursing..YEAH!! I am a LPN and I will be doing clinicals at a local hospital... I just have some questions for any deaconess students out there I understand that my first semester will be no clinicals and just the transition class since I have all prereqs done. Any students out there want to share how your week goes! I have 2 children 5 and 7 I thought this would be the best time!! How many hours do you work! How many hours do you spend doing homework a week and is some correspondence or is most of the class work online? Anything you can share will be very much appreciated!! Thanks!!

Hi opalm!! I am hopefully being accepted to deaconess web based program starting jan o4 I am a LPN in illinois and have been hoping for such a program.. I would really like to hear what you think of this program.. please respondI have never sent a thread so I hope this works!!!
