    My wife is a pre nursing student and due to long waiting lists at nursing schools she is seeking a transfer to UVI, st thomas. It is a part of the US so you ARE eligable for financial aid. Just fill out your fafsa. There is even special federal funding avilable for nurses. And there are dorms 4 buildings worth to be exact. The cost of tuition per semester is 5,197 for a non resident and the room charge is only 1,200 a semester slightly more for a single room. It is the cheapest school we have found and the only one with no waiting list! My wife has a 3.4 gpa and is still having trouble getting in other places! go to www.uvi.edu and do some reserch for yourself. Me and my wife will be attending fall 09, I am taking marine biology and she will be getting her BSN. Hope to see you on the beach!!!!:yeah:
