    We are in the Navy, my wife is expecting our 4th child -- we are near 40 years old. Navy is saying "Must deliver at Balboa." (Giant Navy Hosptial in San Diego area) We live up in Poway, and have the option of going through a midwife clinic at Miramar, but still required to deliver at Balboa. Question: What is care like at Balboa (what's the gouge!) Thoughts on the Midwife Clinic at Miramar (we never went through a midwife, we like the idea of a doctor/nurse staff being around). Thanks for your help!
