  1. I would love to just mentally prepare and attend an "in-class" program, but if you've ever lived in western washington you know how the traffic is...on top of commuting at least 1.5 hours EACH way every day for school (and all the nursing schools around here are 40 hours/week), my husband and I own two businesses that I help run as well as we are landlords to a couple properties. Our businesses and household would be in shambles if I was away from the house from 6:30am until night time. I am lucky that I am not going to nursing school for the money, I am going because I have dreamed of being a nurse my whole life. With that in mind I'm not willing to take a year away from my daughter's life and sacrifice a healthy marriage to follow my dream...I think if I needed the money it would be different. I think what I'll do is keep looking for a part-time or online school. If anyone finds an online LPN school pass on the info!
  2. I live in WA state and am looking for a part-time LPN program in washington or Idaho. I can't seem to find any! Any information would be great. I have a baby and can't commit to a full-time program. I'd like to complete LPN school so that the door will be opened to enroll in online RN/BSN programs. Thanks! :wink2: As a side note, I have also been looking for an online option for LPN school...has anyone ever found one?
