  1. I am starting Lewis University's accelerated BA to BSN program in June. The requirements include: completed prerequisites with a C or above, successfully passing the NET test, a written letter of recommendation, a personal written statement, and a GPA of over 3.0 (if i remember correctly). Once this is done you can begin you pre-term which consists of Pathophysiology, Christian Theology, Cultural Diversity and Ethics. After completion of those classes you begin the actual nursing courses. I believe that classes are M,W,F 6-10 pm and clinicals are all on the weekends. It takes 20 months to complete.
  2. Speedyas- First off, thank you for replying! Second, I thought that the accelerated program only offered night classes, however, you mentioned a day and night option. Third, I will be starting my nursing courses in the fall...does this mean that I get the same winter break as the rest of Lewis or do the accelerated BA to BSN students have a completely different schedule?
  3. I am wondering if anybody out there is currently enrolled in or has already graduated from Lewis University's BA to BSN accelerated program. I am currently completing my prerequisites for their program and anticipate beginning nursing courses next Fall. I would like to hear people's feedback on this program. Thanks!
