  1. Hi, I am both new to this site and new, hopefully, to home health nursing. I have an interveiw this Wednesday for a job in Home Health. They are looking to hire me as a case manager, part time or full. Because I know little about home health I was wondering if you all could give me some good questions I should be asking them. My husband is in the Military and I am looking to make a change to home health for a more sane schedule; I'd like to have weekends to myself and be able to see my husband once in a while! :) Am I correct in thinking that home health will give me a more "normal" schedule, more free time, etc. Would you reccomend part or full time? What is a normal or acceptable patient load to handle as a case manager (I'm assuming they want me to do this due to me holding an RN, BSN?!) Basically, I need good questions to ask them so that I am sure that I am headed into a good, not a bad, situation!!! Any help would be SOOOO helpful. Thank you! :)
