    well , i did my first assessment today and i did it right . now i know what perrla means and how listen a bowel sound .my teacher was very flexible , and i feell beter now. thank to all of you for the advice .

    hi i'm an lpn student tomorrow is my first assessment with a real pt (resident) i never did this before just an example sheet that my theacher pass in class , and she pretend that i know everything just with that guide .i'm realy scare .i don,t know anything .how do i know what perrla is if i never look in someones eyes before, i never heard a bowel sound .i'm so scare:confused:
