    I work at the local peds trauma hospital in orlando..New Grad BSNs make 21.45 base with Diffs of $4 from 3-11 and $8.75 from11-7.. It's worth it to work nights, although it's hard on the body!

    I just finished nursing school and I can say one of the most helpful things was being part of a study group.. You can also tape(if allowed) lectures because there will always be something that you missed and didn't write down. Both of these were very helpful in getting through all those topics! Good Luck
