  1. Hi: I took my boards (RN) on the 16th of August. I used Kaplan and ATI and they both helped me so much. I also used Saunders and Lippincott, as you did. Before the exam, I was getting questions wrong which worried me. I used to get so frustrated but I now realized that I was overdoing it and my brain was on overdrive. What used to help was closing the books and watching a movie or taking a break for a little while. It gives you time to re-energize. Good luck on your exam. I passed with 75 questions......Thinking positive is key... it sounds that you are very prepared......good luck again
  2. Hi: My friend just took hers and she had 265 also and passed. The 48 hours of waiting are so hard. I took mine on the 16th and I found out that I passed on Monday. I left the Pearson Vue center distressed and feeling so defeated and low. I also did Kaplan and studied for months so I know what you are going through....not easy Try to distract yourself as much as you can. I am sure you did fine. While I was waiting I did so many things that I could not do since I was studying such as clean out my closet, clean my basement, etc... You will be fine...
  3. hi: did you try to reschedule at another center at a later time? if you are a better test taker at a certain time, then you should do what is most comfortable for you. i had to reschedule mine, i actually moved mine up and had no problems with rescheduling it but it all depends on the center. i had an option of about 3 or 4 centers by me...try going online at pearson vue, as they have all their centers listed....good luck!
  4. I passed...You will too! When are you taking it?
  5. I just checked pearson vue for the 200th time and I PASSED!!! Praise God!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For those of you taking it. Listen to me: Study many many questions, I did over 7000 questions and still left the test center feeling low and defeated after 75 questions:):). I used Kaplan and virtual ATI.......I recommend both.. Good Luck..
  6. Thank you. The waiting is killing me... The questions were so hard and at times I found myself saying "how am i supposed to know that!". Lets see....thanks for the encouraging words...
  7. Thanks. When I walked out of the site after taking the Nclex, I felt so defeated, very low. I thought I was ready for anything, until about question 4 or so when the SATA came at me one after the other. I felt like I was guessing at each one. I had only one math, many infection questions and then about 5 or 6 meds...I was expecting to go over 75 questions and its scary that the computer has "decided" on whether i passed or failed, but I do not know.... Still waiting...Will know by tomorrow.
  8. I took Nclex RN yesterday and am still waiting for my results. I had 75 questions, so many SATA, one med calculation, many meds and lots of infection control questions. Not sure but I felt horrible after the test and still waiting. I am praying that I passed. I used Kaplan, ATI and did apx 7000 questions in total. I practiced so much and when I reviewed some of my answers to the Nclex, I can only recall about 13 that I answered correctly. I draw a blank on the rest. Lets hope. Congratulations to you..
  9. Please pray for me. I just took it today and i honestly do not know what to think. I had so many SATA (apx 20 or so) and I felt like i was guessing at each one. I studied for apx 3 months, did Kaplan and Virtual ATI along with apx 7,000 practice questions. But i left the center feeling horrible. It shut off at 75 questions. I just do not know what to think. Prayers are appreciated, as I will pray for those who are about to take it as well. I will know in 24 hours.. thank you...
