  1. I am also going to be doing the LPN to RN transition program starting Fall 2009. I have been working as a LPN, which I think will help the transition, but just remember, don't stress too much because nursing is on the job training. So even if you were working as a LPN, some concepts might be more familiar, but all the RN responsibilities are going to be new. And school is great preparation (also a necessity) but it's very different actually practicing. You'll be fine, don't worry!
