  1. I didn't receive any sign-on bonus with my hospital. But the new grads in the Phoenix area start out at $25/hr.
  2. i hear ya! i only studied for about two weeks, and for about 3 days in there i didn't study anything!!! i was sooo burnt out and just wanted to give up. but after telling myself that this was something i had to do to pass i picked up my books (after my little break) and kept on going, but it was really hard!! like the other posts mentioned, your desire to be a nurse as well as the desire to not have to take the test again will motivate you! maybe you just need to be kind to yourself for the day and give your noggin a break! maybe my break helped me because i passed with 75 questions. of course, after leaving the test i was convinced i had failed! best of luck to you and keep plugging away!!!!
  3. No, 75 questions doesn't necessarily mean you failed. I just took boards on the 23rd and passed with 75 questions, and most of my classmates all had 75 questions and passed. Best of luck to you!!
