  1. New Grad, Newly Licensed, ready for a job!

    Hi! I am a new grad BSN, moved back to N. Cali and am currently looking for a job. I know that it has been very challenging securing a position up here, and I was wondering if anyone could lend any advice for which road to take? I was offered a temporary part time position with American Laser as an RN and am unsure if this will impede my nursing skills and be more of a step backwards, or if it should be looked upon as a temporary position in which i could still pursue looking for a hospitals that offer New Grad RN programs. Someone told me that any experience would help with my resume, but I'm wondering if that is true. Any advice would be helpful! Thanks!!
