  1. So in a few weeks, I will be quiting my cushy, awesome day surgery job to move to western NY because my husband wants to be near his family. I am terrified. He already knows I dont want to move, but he thinks moving to the country will be better. I live in a medium sized city. I love my job, and the people I work with. Make decent money for what I do. I've been a nurse for 12 years, old ICU and critical care experience and day surgery. Question is what can I do as an RN in the country. Town is super small. Like 2000 people. Nearest hospital is 45 minutes away, about 95 beds. I'm not interested in returning to the floor. Done my time, that is just not for me anymore. Any ideas? Wondered about remote work from home, but I know nothing about it. I have never worked with billing or case management. Any thoughts? Terrified in Texas
