  1. Thanks! I'm very excited. We start on the floor next week :)
  2. Hi everyone ... I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a new grad RN, BSN and just got a job at a great children's hospital in my area. I just started on a med/surg floor with infants thru about 6 years. The orientation is great so far and I'm very excited but nervous to start on the floor! I know I've got sooooo much to learn and was wondering if anyone can offer some advice for a new grad nurse starting in peds! Thanks in advance.
  3. Hey everyone I took Kaplan and scored about 61% overall on my Qbank questions. My Question trainer scores were: Qt5: 58%, Qt6: 63%, and Qt7: 68%. Our Kaplan instructors told us to take QT6 a week before our test and Qt 7 two days before the test because it was most like the NCLEX. I did that and reviewed #7 the morning before my test. Doing it that way helped for review also. Also, the Qbank has 3 sample tests and the last one is 30 priority questions that were pretty helpful. I'd make sure u review all the rationals to the questions on the teststoo, this helped me alot! I got 75 questions and passed :) Hope that helps!
