  1. CA Nursing Board issues

    I am a foreign Nurse and passed NCLEX RN from Colorado Board. I have to transfer my Liscence to California board since I have to move out to California. I applied for transfering the license but they asked me to take Psychiatric nursing course. It is very interesting that I have couple of friends who came with me from same college. They did not have to take the course but I have to. I tried to talk to CA board of Nursing but they don't want to talk to me. I would not mind to take the course but most of the colleges do not offer the course for foreign nurses any more or they are pack for couple of years. Does anybody know why CA board of Nursing evaluates differently for the students of same school? Is there anybody who can listen me and understand the problem? Thank You in Advance
