    We have to start somewhere looking for the norm in order to consider change.... Similiar to the vast number of other minimal passing scores in our lives (e.g. NCLEX, highschool diploma requirments, driver's license exam, SAT, I could go on and on). Did not mean to make anyone sad over this informal survey. Thanks, Donna
