I am an ADN student there now. When I applied a year or 2 ago.. Something like that.. They REQUIRED some sort of "experience" now they don't. I wouldn't suggest it b/c they're honestly out to get the money. Why blow another 6k or whatever it is. Also, the Kaplan PCAT program just lost to a former PCAT student who felt she was ripped off by the program. Basically, Kaplan promises you get these certificates that you can use outside of being a CNA like phlebotomy or radiology...Anyhoo many former PCAT students including a few of my fellow ADN classmates got a share of the settlement. Being a CNA helps a little bit, however, I would not waste the money on Kaplan's PCAT program. I wouldn't have wasted the semester on getting my CNA if I didn't have to. :) Hope it helps. Maybe I'll see you on campus :)
