  2. I have been a graduate Pratical Nurse about 5 years ago, I took the NCLEX-PN and failed. After two years I decided to try my luck for the second time. I have submitted all my paper works with the Board of Nursing and paid to take the test. Before I can schedule to take the test, I get sick and has been in and out of hospital. Now, I am planning to take the NCLEX-PN again. Anyone have an info, if my application to the Board of Nursing is still valid or do I have to do all the paper works all over again? Do I need a refresher course? Is there new info on NCLEX test? Any advice is highly appreciated.
