    My hospital does not have a policy on this. Just wanted to know what method most facilities are using.

    What is the recommended method to clean a wound. a) irrigate with normal saline using 30-35cc syringe attached to 18-19 gauge cathelon resulting in 8psi. or b) using normal saline and gauze. These are the two different methods in my health region.
